This recipe is certainly one of my favorites, specially at some point of autumn. The flavors of cinnamon, apples, oatmeal and vanilla combination fantastically on this tasty muffin. A treat for breakfast, coffee ruin, dessert or whenever.
*white cake mix (my favourite is french vanilla from Duncan Hines)
*1 1/3 cup water
*1/3 cup oil
*3 eggs
*3 Gala apples (peeled, cored and diced)
*four tbsp pumpkin pie spice
*2 tbsp cinnamon
*1/2 cup brown sugar
*1 cup short oats (now not on the spot)

1-Preheat oven to 350 F. Line muffin keksiukai pans with paper muffin cups.
2-Pour white cake blend into mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice to the dry aggregate and mix collectively. Set apart.
3-Peel and middle apples. Chop and cube apples into small portions and place in a medium size bowl. Add the final 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice and the brown sugar. Using your hands, toss the apples till they’re well-lined. Set aside.
Four-Add the water, oil and eggs to the dry combination. Blend on medium speed for two minutes (or by hand for 100 strokes). Add the oats, apples and cinnamon and fold in one at a time until the batter is well-combined and all the substances are integrated.
Five-Fill the muffin liners to the pinnacle and bake for half-hour, or until the tops of the cakes are golden brown. Remove from the muffin pan and vicinity them on a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a protected container.
